Award winning oak smoked Ashdown Forester’s pasteurised cheese from High Weald Dairy. A young, firm un-pressed cheese with a creamy, slightly squidgy texture, which has been naturally smoked. It has an attractive shape and basket weave texture on the natural edible rind.
