Kentish Blue is a young blue cheese with a firm, slightly crumbly but moist texture. It has gentle smooth flavours on the first bite developing into a long lasting pleasant aftertaste. Delicious raw cows milk gives it a unique taste. Serve on its own or crumbled onto salads, pasta and soups. Made by Kingcott Dairy on their farm in Staplehurst, using milk from their own Viking Red cattle. Keep refrigerated. All weights are approximate.
