If you like it hot, Chilli Marble could be the cheese for you. Using continental style Saint Giles cheese as it’s base with added red bird-eye chilli seeds to give it a warm kick. This organic, pasteurised cheese has an attractive red marbling running through, with the delicious, creamy and flavoursome Saint Giles cheese comes through the palette first, followed by heat at the back of the throat a few seconds later from the chilli! Its perfect melting ability makes it a great cheese to cook with and a great cheese to top beef burgers. Keep refrigerated. All weights are approximate.
