Made by High Weald Dairy, Truffle Ewe is a matured, pasteurised, semi-soft sheep milk cheese featuring two distinct layers of decadent Italian black summer truffle shavings. After maturing for up to sixteen weeks the wheel is divided into three. The truffle is then added, the cheese re-pressed and left for a further week to fully infuse. The cheese is deliciously rich with the truffle blending perfectly with the nuttiness of the sheep milk. Keep refrigerated. All weights are approximate.
