The Winterdale Shaw cheese is a hand made unpasteurised hard cheese, which once cloth bound is placed in the cellar to mature for a minimum of six months. The stone cellar is dug deep into the chalky North Downs of Kent, which gives the cheese its unique, full flavour. Awarded one of the highest accolades of Gold in both the world and British cheese awards. Produced locally by Winterdale Cheesemakers in Sevenoaks, the UK’s 1st carbon neutrally produced and delivered cheese. Keep refrigerated. All weights are approximate.
