Gluten free and hand cooked in small batches with the skin left on. The rib of Sussex beef used to flavour these irresistible crisps is from Parsonage Farm in Salehurst which has been farmed by the Hoad family since the 1880s. It is a typical Wealden farm run on traditional lines with a mix of livestock and crops. They have a pedigree herd of Sussex Cattle which are home reared and grass fed.
